Beyond the Scope:

Boundary wall, Main Gate, Septic Tank, Sump for water storage, Ceiling Haller Design, Interior Designs, Landscaping works, Plinth Protection across boundary, Backfilling outside built up area, Backfilling above specified Limit, Front elevations (Deviations from standard Architectural Elevation) and any other installation not mentioned in the list. 

 

Any  Construction Packages promoted under the brand of Builtify.in are  liable for escalation  in the below mentioned conditions

  • Abnormal price escalation (More than 1%) in the mid of project Execution or just after signing of contract due to any political reforms or Natural Catastrophe beyond the control of the Contractor. This condition is applicable for the likes of  Raw Materials, transit Cost, Any Taxes Applicable, Petrol/ Diesel etc. 
  •  In case the Location of site lies or lead  by a very congested neighbourhood or the road leading to the site is not accessible by a minimum 5 MT Load capacity Vehicles. In that case extra 0.5% shall be charged extra on the selected package.
  • In case there is no space for storage of Bulk Raw Materials with in a lead of 15 Meter from the Work Site then 0.5% is shall be charged extra on the selected package.

 

General Terms & Conditions:

 All the packages are applicable for construction done inside Bhubaneswar, Khurdha, Cuttack Revenue area.

  1. That in consideration of the payment by the owners to the contractor as per rate accepted by the contractor as herein after mentioned, the contractor hereby covenants with the owners to construct and complete work (core house) in the respect in conformity with the provisions of the contract within 8 months from the execution of this agreement.
  2. The contractor will not vary or deviate from the plans and specification without obtaining prior permission in writing of the owners.
  3. The contractor shall repair defects, shrinkage cracks or other faults that may appear in the work within six months after their completion.
  4. Both the parties agree by mutual consent that any dispute relating to this agreement is barred from arbitration. All problems shall be mutually and the decision of owners shall be final and binding on the contractor.
  5. In the event of any dispute that may arise out of this assessment the competent courts situated at Bhubaneswar shall have the authority to decide ad dispose of such dispute/ litigation between parties hereto.
  6. The measurement should be as per the roof area of the building.
  7. Any hindrances of payment made as per schedule by the party during execution or completion of the portion of the work. The work will be stopped until fulfilment of the condition made in the mode of payment.
  8. Increase work program deviate due to natural calamities and any other disturbances by miscreants or scarcity of material or labour strike.
  9. In case the work delayed due to non-payment of the bill in time the contractor will not be responsible.
  10. The work will be required to be completed within a period of 15 Calendar Months from the date of signing of the agreement, provided the payment will be made as per the condition of the mode of payment.
  11. The owners of the property have to be provided with electricity supply to the construction side during the execution of the work at their own cost.

Payment will be made by cheque/ Cash as per work in progress and no escalation of price within the construction period.
